Job Responsibilities:

  • Patient Interaction
  • Treatment planning and financial discussions with patients
  • Scheduling/confirming appointments and calling unscheduled treatment
  • Updating patient personal/insurance information
  • Answering phones
  • Entering payments (personal/insurance) onto patient accounts
  • Preparing daily deposits
  • Ability to run needed reports and controlling A/R and insurance
  • Other Duties as Assigned

  • Job Qualifications:
  • 2+ Years of Experience in a Dental Setting Required
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Experience with Dentrix (Dentrix Ascend) Preferred
  • Excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Customer Service/Patient Care Focused
